Google Workspace Administration

Supporting SaaS administration evidence covering Google Workspace domain setup, users, groups, delegated administration, Gmail, Drive, devices, reporting and compliance.

Overview

This project demonstrates the configuration of a Google Workspace environment for Nietz Ltd. It supports the main Microsoft Infrastructure portfolio by showing transferable SaaS administration skills: domain verification, user lifecycle management, access control, email security, collaboration controls, audit reporting and data-protection awareness.

The Google Workspace work is not the main job-targeted path for UK Microsoft helpdesk roles, but it strengthens the portfolio by showing that the same support principles apply across cloud administration platforms.
