A staged support lab following Nietz Ltd from on-premises Active Directory into Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure support fundamentals.

What This Project Proves

This section is built as a continuing business environment rather than isolated screenshots. Each phase adds support evidence that maps to helpdesk, service desk, MSP and Microsoft support work.

Windows & Active Directory Support

Domain controller, DNS, domain join, AD users, groups, file shares, permissions and Group Policy evidence.

Microsoft 365 Support

Cloud users, licensing, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive collaboration support.

Identity & Endpoint Support

Entra users, delegated roles, sign-in evidence, MFA support and planned Intune endpoint management.
