The portfolio uses the simulated company environment Nietz Ltd to document practical work relevant to IT support, service desk, managed service provider, Microsoft 365 and cloud administration roles.

Portfolio Focus

This site is built around practical support and administration evidence rather than theory-only notes. The main project follows Nietz Ltd from an on-premises Active Directory foundation into Microsoft 365 collaboration, Microsoft Entra identity, hybrid administration, endpoint management and structured service desk troubleshooting.
